Our Mission Matters
Fresh Start International Ministry (FSIM) is a dedicated organization devoted to supporting street children and youth in Kenya. With impactful feeding programs, vocational training, and mentorship, we strive to empower communities and transform lives. Our efforts are focused on fostering development and providing the necessary resources for a brighter future.
FSIM Vision Statement: A society where vulnerable children and youth access food, skills, dignity, and opportunities for self-reliance.
Current Initiatives
Feeding Programs
Our feeding programs provide nutritious meals to vulnerable children in the Kawangware slums, addressing food insecurity and improving health.
Vocational Training
We offer vocational training in carpentry, tailoring, welding, ICT, and hairdressing, enabling youth to acquire the skills necessary for sustainable livelihoods.
Mentorship Support
Our mentorship program connects youth with role models, fostering personal development and guiding them through challenges they face.
Counseling Services
Counseling provides essential emotional support to street children, helping them reintegrate and cope with life’s difficulties.
Community Engagement
We actively involve the community in our initiatives, encouraging collaborative efforts in raising awareness and creating sustainable solutions.
